During both, we clean. Depending on your preferences, our cleaning crew can clean at any time of day or night.

Many customers provide us with a key for after-hours cleaning so that we can clean without affecting your business. Our cleaning crews are insured and bonded, and White Gloves Cleaning HQ will work with your building manager to organize all necessary paperwork.

Our professional cleaning services include Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, Standard house cleaning, Green cleaning, Home organization/ De-cluttering, AirBnB/ Vacation home rental turnaround service, Event cleaning, Laundry service and Office cleaning.

No, just give us a key to go inside, and we’ll handle the rest. Whatever is most convenient for you, you can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox, or at the front desk.

Once the cleaning service has been completed, there will be no refunds. If the Client is dissatisfied with any part of the Company’s services, they must contact the Company within twenty-four (24) hours, and the Company will take corrective action. If an issue arises, we will provide a re-cleaning for items that were overlooked during the original cleaning. A refund and/or a free cleaning will not be given if re-cleaning is denied. Our objective is to resolve the problem.

Cleaning supplies and equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and cleaning supplies, are provided by us. You must contact the office before your cleaning schedule if the client requires the use of special or hypoallergenic products; the client may offer the product. You agree to accept responsibility for the outcome if you choose to provide specific products for our workers to utilize.

We have crews who only use green cleaning products. Simply ask for it, and we’ll send a free green cleaning team your way.

Currently , we accept credit and debit cards. Stripe manages our online payments, which are processed using a 256-bit SSL system that is completely safe. We also offer complete SSL security with additional validation. We promise that making an appointment with White Gloves Cleaning HQ is secure and safe. We guarantee a complete refund for any illegal charges made to your card as a result of doing business with us.

 Although gratuities are not required, they are always appreciated for a job well done.  If you are pleased with your cleaning and wish to leave a tip, please do so separately from your cleaning payments on the day of the cleaning or add it to your cleaning price. The cleaners receive 100% of the tips.

Yes, We offer discounts for our recurring customers:
– Weekly, you will receive 20% discount
– Bi-weekly, you will receive 15% discount
– Monthly, you will receive 10% discount

After the cleaning is completed, your credit card will be charged. If a rejected card prevents us from charging within our normal charge window, we may incur a $25 late payment fee.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their service up to 24 hours before their scheduled cleaning without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your planned appointment, you will be charged a $50 CANCELLATION FEE. 

Clients are not required to be present, but it is their responsibility to provide your cleaner clear instructions for entering and exiting their property. When scheduling your appointment, please provide these instructions. If we contact the customer and there is no access to the home or keys left for the service, there will be a $90 PENALTY FEE assessed. If the cancellation occurs at your door, then the full amount will be charged.

A thorough top-to-bottom cleaning is provided as part of the deep clean service. If you haven’t had your home professionally cleaned within the last three months, we advise a deep cleaning.

To prepare a home for a new renter, we provide move in/move out cleaning services. The deeper cleaning includes cleaning inside cabinets (empty cabinets and drawers), drawers, fixtures, and the refrigerator (empty). You will find that we charge more for this and that the industry standard for move-in/move-out cleaning is an extra charge.
